Full description

The Galactic centre region has huge discovery potential. We know of pulsars, molecular lines, masers and transient sources all in that area. The discovery of a pulsar around the central black hole, or completely new spectral features (possibly from dark matter) would be of enormous scientific interest. We propose a sensitive survey of a 1 degree region around the Galactic centre in which we simultaneously record data streams that will allow us to search for transient objects and spectral lines.
