Plink callsets from: (1) ancient and modern whole genome canids from Plassais et al., 2019; Bergström et al., 2020; Zhang et al., 2020; Bergström et al., 2022; Field et al., 2022; Ballard et al., 2023, Souilmi et al., 2024 and Scarsbrook et al., 2025, called on 19 million biallelic transversions (Canids_19M_Tvs); (2) ancient and modern dingoes and modern dogs from Zhang et al., 2020; Field et al., 2022; Ballard et al., 2023; Cairns et al., 2023, Souilmi et al., 2024 and Scarsbrook et al., 2025, called on 190 thousand biallelic SNPs (Canis_190K); (3) a merged call set producing 46 thousand biallelic transversions (intersection) from the above two call-sets (Canids_46K_Tvs), and (4) Only ancient and modern dingoes from (2) that have introgressed alleles masked and related individuals removed.
