We applied the Delphi methodology to evaluate the appropriateness of commonly used outcome measurement tools, and the relevance of best practice principles related to outcome measures in suicide postvention. Our participants were three expert groups: individuals with lived experience of suicide bereavement, postvention staff, and researchers in the field. Participants completed three rounds of online surveys administered via Qualtrics survey platform. The data contained in this data set is the exported data from each survey round.
