This dataset contains osteoclast-specific expression quantitative trait locus (eQTL) data for genetic loci demonstrating co-localisation with osteoporosis GWAS association signals. The results were generated from a study of 158 osteoclast cell cultures (PMID 29473973, 30705363). Output of grants: NHMRC Project Grants 1010494, 1048216, 1087407, 1107828, 1127156 and 1163933; Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG) Research Advisory Committee (Grant 2016-17/017) and Raine Medical Research Foundation Priming Grant.
