Brief description Psychological interventions for people with MS may help to reduce commonly experienced psychosocial symptoms including depression, anxiety, pain and fatigue. The aim of this research project is to develop and evaluate an Internet-delivered mindfulness-based intervention for people with MS. It is hypothesized that this program will improve depressive symptoms health-related quality of life, disability and other aspects of psychological well-being in people with MS compared with waitlist controls.
