Brief description Current synthetic graft materials for revascularisation are incompatible with the body and have high rates of vessel occlusion. We have engineered a new synthetic silk conduit with a bioactive surface which uniquely suppress graft occlusion, potentially improving outcomes for many patients with cardiovascular disease.
