This dataset contains records of freshwater fishes and turtles collected during systematic aquatic surveys undertaken throughout the Mary River catchment, Queensland, at 62 sites between 2023 and 2024. Surveys were conducted as part of the projects funded through the NESP Resilient Landscapes Hub and QLD Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) by Griffith University in collaboration with the Burnett Mary Regional Group, Mary River Catchment Coordinating Committee, Seqwater and Jinibara Peoples Aboriginal Corporation.
