Brief description
By publishing regulatory activity, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission increases awareness and transparency of matters that affect the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. This information supports informed choice for NDIS participants and stakeholders, promotes best practice by providers, and helps deter conduct that may place people with disability at risk.All compliance and enforcement actions published by the NDIS Commission are taken under the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and associated Rules. These laws set out the legal obligations of NDIS providers and the regulatory powers of the NDIS Commissioner.
