This collection contains a computer model written in the Stan probabilistic modelling language. The model can be used to analyse mosquito trap counts collected over time and space to estimate mosquito abundance and population suppression in incompatible insect technique (IIT) programs.Lineage: This software was used to analyze the data collected during the Debug Innisfail project and that is stored at:
