Brief description

Magnified images of Eucalyptus seed from multiple accessions of multiple species were prepared. Automatic measurement tools used on the images then generated data for 35 different shape/image analysis parameters.
Lineage: Data generated at the National Seed Bank (NSB), at the Australian National Botanic Gardens using a Nikon SMZ25 microscope and NIS-Elements Br software. Specimens (seed collections) were from NSB as well as Plantbank, NSW.
