Morphological data for 838 Australian Asteraceae text-mined from taxonomic descriptions
Lineage: Descriptions were cropped from PDF documents of taxonomic literature, and text was read from the cropped images with Optical Character Recognition using Tesseract. Morphological data were extracted from the text using ChatGPT and manually cleaned using OpenRefine.
