Full description

Four metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from the Krumholzibacteriota phylum and the Deltaproteobacteria class. Each MAG contains one or more benzoyl-CoA reductase genes. The associated metagenomes were obtained through public databases, and the recorded source environments were subsurface coal seams in Australia and North America.

Contigs bins and Prokka annotations (nucleotides) for each MAG is provided in this collection, as well as Kelpie-generated 16S rDNA results from the associated metagenomes, and the Python scripts that were used for producing and analysing the MAGs.
