The dataset contains alignments of sequences of Mycopsylla cytochrome oxidase I, Elongation Factor 1α and Histone 3 and their Psyllaephagus parasitoids cytochrome b, 16S rDNA, 23S rDNA that were used to build phylogenetic trees.
