Brief description Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is the most distressing and disabling of all chronic pain conditions, 75% report suicidal thoughts. No treatment is supported by high quality evidence meaning that people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome often seek unproven and dangerous interventions. We have conducted a series of pilot studies on the two most promising interventions for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. We are now ready to combine them in a randomised controlled trial.
