Brief description Chronic Rhinosinusitis (CRS) is one of the few ear nose and throat diseases with no absolute cure. An alarming 1.8 million Australians continue to suffer from this disease. Current therapies cannot always control the disease. In this study, we will develop a new drug that will be delivered topically and can disperse bacterial biofilms, and has inherent anti-infective and anti-inflammatory properties.
