This dataset contains supplemental material as part of a PhD thesis: Development of Novel Diagnostic Tools and Antigen Discovery for Devil Facial Tumour Disease. The material contains a list of recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) primers and LwCas13a CRISPR RNA (crRNA) for the amplification and detection of DFT1, DFT2, RPL13a, and ZIKV. The material also includes a list of primer combinations. The best-performing primer pair and crRNA for each target are indicated. These primers and crRNA were used in the development of CRISPR-based point-of-care diagnostic tools, termed specific high-sensitivity enzymatic reporter unlocking (SHERLOCK), to identify DFT1 and DFT2 in the field with limited instrumentation.Data time period: 2022 to 2024
