This dataset contains research data collected during a multi-site and multi-season PhD study of mango flowering, fruit development, harvest maturity and flowering manipulation in Australia. Data include orchard temperature records, tagged-terminal and phenology observations, pruning and chemical-treatment experiments, fruit maturity and quality measurements, NIR spectra, dry matter, flesh colour, firmness, soluble solids, acidity, yield observations, photographs and associated experimental records. The deposited files consist primarily of raw data, with selected cleaned or processed datasets and analysis files included where required to support interpretation and reproducibility.
