This collection hosts the imaging data from the ARC Discovery Project grant Machine Learning for Organelle Selection & Feature Detection in Live Cells (DP180101910). Data consists of large scale 4D microscopy datasets produced by the cutting edge Lattice Light Sheet Microscope at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience, capturing macrophage and cancer cells.
