Brief description Archaeology of rock art in Jawoyn country, western Arnhem Land. This project will systematically study the rock art of Jawoyn country, Arnhem Land. It aims to reveal the age and associated archaeological contexts of some of Australia's most popular rock art traditions, feeding the results back to both academic circles and the nation’s high exposure domestic and international tourism market.
