Brief description Depression and anxiety are complex health issues with a wide range of factors known to put an individual at risk of developing a mental illness. Evidence now suggests modifiable lifestyle behaviours such as diet and physical activity play an important role in mental health. This multi-disciplinary research program aims to develop the evidence for how such behaviours can be leveraged to allow individuals opportunity to experience positive mental health and wellbeing.
