Seagrass species distribution and cover (as percentage cover in categories: 0, 1-10%, 10-25%, 25-50%, 50-75%, 75-90%, 90-100%), epiphytic cover from 2020 (as none, low, medium or high) and macroalgae cover (as percentage cover in categories: 0, 1-10%, 10-25%, 25-50%, 50-75%, 75-90%, 90-100%) were recorded at each site, using underwater video (drop camera and video tows). Brief description

Aquatic flora surveys were conducted in the Leschenault Estuary between 2009 and 2020.
