Land systems - Cooyar grazing lands study, South East Queensland - ACR - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Parish of Cooyar in South East Queensland. The mapping covers parts of the Blackbutt, Haden, Mowbullan and Yarraman 1: 50,000 scale map sheets (9244-2, 9244-3, 9344-3, 9243-1) and was completed in 1978. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 50,000 and 15 Land Systems were identified.
Land systems - Desert Uplands strategic land resource assessment - DUSLARA - This dataset is a Land Unit survey of the Desert Uplands in Central Queensland. The mapping covers parts of the Baralaba, Monto and Mundubbera 1:250,000 map sheets (SG55-4, SG56-1, SG56-5) and was completed in 2005. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 100,000 and 335 Land Units were identified.
Land systems - land inventory and technical guide Eastern Downs area, Southern Queensland - EDD - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the South Burnett region in Central Queensland. The mapping covers parts of the Chinchilla, Dalby, Ipswich and Warwick1: 250,000 map sheets (SG56-9, SG56-13, SG56-14, SH56-2) and was completed in 1983. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 250,000 and 19 Land Systems with 73 associated Soil Profile Classes were identified.
Land systems - land inventory of the granite and traprock areas, South East Queensland - GRT LS - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Granite and Traprock areas in South East Queensland. The mapping covers parts of the Goondiwindi and Warwick 1: 250,000 map sheets (SH56-1, SH56-2) and was completed in 1975. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 250,000 and 23 Land Systems were identified. Part of this inventory includes a capability assessment and soils survey (project code GRT_SOIL).
Land systems - land resources of the Central Burnett region, Central Queensland - ABC - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Central Burnett region in Central Queensland. The mapping covers parts of the Maryborough and Mundubbera 1: 250,000 map sheets (SG56-5, SG56-6) and was completed in 2004. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 250,000 and 74 Land Systems were identified comprising approximately 820 000 ha. The resources of the area documented include climate, geology, landform, drainage, vegetation and soils.
Land systems - land resources of the Miriam Vale and Kolan Shires, Central Queensland - MVK - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Miriam Vale and Kolan Shires in the Burnett-Mary, South East Queensland. The mapping covers parts of the Bundaberg, Maryborough and Monto 1: 250,000 map sheets (SG56-1, SG56-2, SG56-6) and was completed in 2001. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 250,000 and 52 Land Systems were identified.

Land systems - land resources of the Three Moon Creek catchment, Central Queensland - 3MC - This dataset is a Land Unit map of the Three Moon Creek Catchment in Central Queensland. The study area covers parts of the Mount Bucanally, Monto, and Abercorn (9148-4 9148-3, 9147-4) 1: 50,000 map sheets and was completed in 1994. Approximately 31,000 ha were mapped at a scale of 1: 50,000 using the free survey method and 57 Land Units with 57 associated Soil Profile Classes were identified.

The mapping covers parts of the Dirranbandi, Eddystone, Homeboin, Mitchell, Roma, St George and Surat 1: 250,000 map sheets (SH55-3, SG55-7, SG55-15, SG55-11, SG55-12, SH55-4, SG55-16) and was last updated in 2008. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 500,000 and 33 Land Systems were identified. It was undertaken by CSIRO and forms part of report number 34 in the Land Research Series.

The landscape was assessed using the reconnaissance survey method.
Land Systems - Land Systems of Shoalwater Bay, Central Queensland - SWB2 - This dataset is a Land Systems survey of the Shoalwater Bay area in the Fitzroy, Central Queensland. The mapping covers part of the Port Clinton 1: 250,000 map sheet and was completed in 2022. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 250,000 and 71 Land Systems were identified. This dataset is an update of project SWB mapping completed in 1970.
Land systems - land systems of the Capricornia coast, Central Queensland - CCL3 - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Capricornia Coastal Lands in Central Queensland. The mapping covers parts of the Monto, Port Clinton, Rockhampton and St Lawrence 1: 250,000 map sheets (SF55-12, SF56-9, SF56-13, SG56-1) and was completed in 2013. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 250,000 and 81 Land Systems with 78 associated Soil Profile Classes were identified. The survey area is divided into three parts, comprising an area focussed on Marlborough - St Lawrence in the north, Rockhampton - Fitzroy - Livingstone, and Calliope and Gladstone in the third. No report accompanies this dataset.
Land systems of the Nebo-Broadsound area, Central Queensland - NBS - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Nebo-Broadsound region in Central Queensland. The mapping covers parts of the Mackay and Mount Coolon 1: 250,000 map sheets (SF55-7, SF55-8) and was completed in 2003. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 250,000 and 36 Land Systems were identified. The free survey method was used.

The mapping includes the area popularly known as the Barkly Tableland, a contiguous portion of the Georgina River basin and the inland desert, and the country extending to the Gulf of Carpentaria and was last updated in 2013. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 1,000,000 and 39 Land Systems were identified. It was undertaken by CSIRO and forms part of report number 3 in the Land Research Series. This survey was conducted by the CSIRO. Northern Australia Regional Survey. The region includes the area popularly known as the Barkly Tableland, a contiguous portion of the Georgina River basin and the inland desert, and the country extending to the Gulf of Carpentaria.

The mapping is at a scale of 1: 250,000 and 19 Land Systems were identified. It was undertaken by CSIRO and forms part of report number 2 in the Land Research Series. The free survey method was used.
Land systems - western arid region land use study - part 1, Southern Queensland - AWA2 - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Western Arid Region Land Use Area- Part 1 of 6 in Southern Queensland. The mapping covers the Barrolka, Bulloo, Durham Downs, Eromanga, Eulo, Quilpie, Thargomindah, Tickalara and Toompine 1: 250,000 map sheets and was last updated in 2008. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 500,000 and 55 Land Systems were identified. This region lies within the 400 to 100 mm rainfall zone. The region forms part of the Eromanga Basin which is a sub-basin of the Great Artesian Basin.
Land systems - western arid region land use study - part 2, Southern Queensland - BWA2 - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Western Arid Region Land Use Area- Part 2 of 6 in the Desert Channels to Southern Queensland. The mapping covers the Adavale, Blackall, Canterbury, Connemara, Jundah and Windorah 1: 250,000 map sheets and was last updated in 2008. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 500,000 and 62 Land Systems were identified. This region falls largely in the 200-400 mm rainfall zone. Geologically the area is part of the Eromanga Basin sequence within the Great Artesian Basin.
Land systems - western arid region land use study - part 3, Southern Queensland - DWA2 - This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Western Arid Region Land Use Area- Part 4 of 6 in Southern Queensland. The mapping covers the Charleville, Cunnamulla and Wyandra 1: 250,000 map sheets and was last updated in 2008. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 500,000 and 42 Land Systems were identified. The region is part of the Great Artesian Basin containing portions of the Eromanga, Adavale and Surat Basins.

The mapping is at a scale of 1: 500,000 and 38 Land Systems were identified. The area is part of the Great Artesian Basin comprising portions of the Eromanga Basin. The survey was carried out to provide an inventory of the land resources of the area: soils, vegetation, land systems and current land use.
