The first set of data are processed sequence data from samples of DNA collected over space and time in an artificial aquifer system in Munich Germany. The data demonstrate the mobility of DNA through an experimental sand aquifer.

The second set of Data are processed sequence data from laboratory microcosm experiment examining the fate of stygofauna DNA in closed aquatic ecosystems.
