The dataset relates to the measurement of knowledge loss. The first part comes from annual surveys based on a produced set of knowledge accounts which measure the knowledge value of people. Each survey contains over 1000 questions and takes over 7 hours to complete. The second part relates to the management of knowledge loss. It uses a set of research interventions designed to change the work attitudes and behaviours of staff involved.
