Qualitative multiple case study methodology was employed, with eight facilitators to examine their philosophies and pedagogies. Data generated from focus groups, observations, and interviews, was thematically and narratively analysed. Nine shared philosophical themes, and three distinct pedagogical typologies were identified across facilitators.
