Infringement notices issued for Fail to Nominate (FTN) offences

"In respect of infringement notices where no nominate driver was issued in 2012, 2013 and 2014 calendar years, please provide the following under the GIPA Act:

1. Total number of occasion in the a.) 2012, b.) 2013 and c.) 2014 calendar years when recipients of traffic offence penalty notices did not nominate the driver;

2. For each of the three years for traffic offences where the driver was not nominated, break down by category of offence and total value of penalty notices paid in those categories; and

3. Total amount paid in fines for failing to nominate in each year."
