The Indigenous Australians in film research collection is based on essays written by RMIT Cinema Studies students who discuss Indigenous Australians on film, how they are depicted, and what roles they have in terms of cast and crew (director, screenplay etc). The Bonza database holds the references the students created to write the essays. The database records list information about the different films that show Indigenous Australians (like cast and crew) as well as listing critical and popular reception about the films and people in question (for example - a reference to a newspaper article about a Tracey Moffat film).
