Brief description This is a highly translational Research Program that aims to improve the treatment and survival of children with high-risk cancers. Over the next five years this Program will utilise state-of-the-art experimental models of childhood cancer to prioritise new drugs for clinical trials in children with cancer, develop novel targeted treatments, participate in a national precision medicine clinical trial, and develop new drugs to overcome drug resistance in leukaemia.
