Brief description Maternal and child health in Papua New Guinea (PNG) is in a dire state, with alarmingly high maternal and child mortality rates and nearly half of children experiencing delayed growth due to malnutrition. This project will determine the optimal allocation of PNG’s available resources across water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), family planning and nutrition-specific programs to maximise health outcomes. Practical outcomes will be produced to reduce child malnutrition with existing resources.
