Brief description Many cancer treatments predispose to bone loss leading to higher risk of fractures, pain and disability and concerns regarding cancer recurrence and unnecessary worry and distress. Current management of bone health in cancer survivors is variable and not well integrated into the overall cancer care. This project aims to improve management of bone health in cancer survivors by incorporating evidence for bone health management into the existing patterns of care of cancer survivors.
