The study aim is to translate the research evidence for the prevention and management of delirium in hospitalised older people into practice. The outcome will be person and family-centred delirium prevention practices embedded into nursing work, with delirium prevention integrated into the workplace culture of Gold Coast Health. A collaborative implementation model inclusive of end users, namely nurses and consumers, will be used.
