Brief description Hospital-acquired delirium in older people is preventable. The study aim is to translate the research evidence for the prevention and management of delirium in hospitalised older people into practice. The outcome will be person and family-centred delirium prevention practices embedded into nursing work, with delirium prevention integrated into the workplace culture of Gold Coast Health. A collaborative implementation model inclusive of end users, namely nurses and consumers, will be used.
