Brief description Early, accurate diagnosis of cerebral palsy is possible, as published in a clinical practice guideline (CPG). Implementation barriers and behaviour change techniques are identifiable. Education of physicians is needed. A randomised control trial and multi-level evaluation will measure the effectiveness of a multi-faceted eLearning intervention on improving physician diagnostic behaviour and patient outcomes. A comparison of interactive eLearning design features and costs will be evaluated.
