The location of all fixed equipment is recorded using a standard GPS so the accuracy should be within 5-10m using WGS-84. All mobile equipment has an on-board GPS and so should have equivalent accuracy although is will be around 10-20m due to the nature of the movement of the buoys. Instruments are replaced and serviced at regular intervals. There is a single metadata record for each research trip with the deployment details for each of the sensors that make up the underway sensor package described in the metadata record. Data are quality controlled by validating against a set of rules (bounds checking, etc) and then flagged using the IODE set of flags.&rft.creator=Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS) &rft.creator=Integrated Marine Observing System (IMOS) &rft.date=2024&rft.coverage=120.33908,-18.71928 119.95668,-18.88508 119.84112,-18.93804 119.7818,-18.96064 119.69912,-19.00078 119.61628,-19.03224 119.56358,-19.05896 119.455,-19.103 119.34818,-19.15088 118.8247,-19.373 118.76472,-19.40032 118.73332,-19.41072 118.47044,-19.52124 118.30582,-19.59608 118.15106,-19.65916 118.00098,-19.72568 117.81934,-19.79702 117.4133,-19.96856 117.12808,-20.0849 116.99824,-20.1313 116.88754,-20.18468 116.5592,-20.31952 116.533,-20.33662 116.35914,-20.47092 115.5616,-21.07478 115.54206,-21.09782 115.55192,-21.1228 115.566,-21.1485 115.5454,-21.165 115.48176,-21.20062 115.38148,-21.2268 115.35592,-21.2395 115.07836,-21.4701 115.03526,-21.50318 114.95496,-21.53922 114.75142,-21.58434 114.72418,-21.59296 114.69626,-21.61364 114.71758,-21.64008 114.69518,-21.65626 114.44984,-21.7238 114.37472,-21.78088 114.24724,-21.8842 120.33908,-18.71928 114.24724,-21.8842 114.37472,-21.78088 114.44984,-21.7238 114.69518,-21.65626 114.71758,-21.64008 114.69626,-21.61364 114.72418,-21.59296 114.75142,-21.58434 114.95496,-21.53922 115.03526,-21.50318 115.07836,-21.4701 115.35592,-21.2395 115.38148,-21.2268 115.48176,-21.20062 115.5454,-21.165 115.566,-21.1485 115.55192,-21.1228 115.54206,-21.09782 115.5616,-21.07478 116.35914,-20.47092 116.533,-20.33662 116.5592,-20.31952 116.88754,-20.18468 116.99824,-20.1313 117.12808,-20.0849 117.4133,-19.96856 117.81934,-19.79702 118.00098,-19.72568 118.15106,-19.65916 118.30582,-19.59608 118.47044,-19.52124 118.73332,-19.41072 118.76472,-19.40032 118.8247,-19.373 119.34818,-19.15088 119.455,-19.103 119.56358,-19.05896 119.61628,-19.03224 119.69912,-19.00078 119.7818,-18.96064 119.84112,-18.93804 119.95668,-18.88508 120.33908,-18.71928&rft_rights= http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/au/&rft_rights=http://i.creativecommons.org/l/by/3.0/au/88x31.png&rft_rights=WWW:LINK-1.0-http--related&rft_rights=License Graphic&rft_rights=Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License&rft_rights=http://creativecommons.org/international/au/&rft_rights=WWW:LINK-1.0-http--related&rft_rights=WWW:LINK-1.0-http--related&rft_rights=License Text&rft_rights=Use Limitation: All AIMS data, products and services are provided as is and AIMS does not warrant their fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
