RGBD streams and their metadata are recoded as Rosbag(.bag) files, and manually measured camera angle, plant height and identified frame numbers for image frame extractions are saved in JSON (.json) files. This research was funded by two Future Food Systems Cooperative Research Centre (FFSCRC) projects, ‘IoT for Indoor Farming’ and ‘Automated Crop Monitoring for Protected Cropping Systems’ awarded to Prof Wen Hu and Prof Oula Ghannoum. Full description

The data set consists of colour images and depth images (RGBD) of capsicum plants, camera metadata, camera angles, and manually measured heights of a few selected plants.
