Brief description
This dataset presents the aggregated results of the Digital Transformation Agency's ICT Seller gifts and benefits data collection process for the 12-month period commencing 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. The process compared reports from nine major ICT sellers (AWS, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Rimini Street, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Data#3) with 113 entities' published gifts and benefits registers to identify systemic gaps and inconsistencies.In summary, sellers reported 3,662 gifts and benefits offered to Australian Public Service (APS) / Senior Executive Service (SES) employees. Of these, 539 were accepted and 3,123 were declined.
The dataset includes tables broken down by reporting period (1st through 4th quarters and the full 12-month period), as reported by the sellers and also with adjusted thresholds accordingly to the APSC guidelines.
