## **Abstract**

This dataset was supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and is presented here as originally supplied. Metadata was not provided and has been compiled by the Bioregional Assessment Programme based on the known details at the time of acquisition.



The National Water Initiative (NWI) is Australia's enduring blueprint for water reform. Through this initiative, governments across Australia have agreed on actions to achieve a more cohesive national approach to the way Australia manages, measures, plans for, prices, and trades water.



The dataset (excel file) provides historic Available Water Determinations (referred to as allocation announcements under the Water Act 1912) for all regulated water sources in the Hunter River.

Pre-water sharing plan announcements have been compiled in a single excel file.



From the commencement of the relevant water sharing plan for each regulated water source, an individual excel file is provided, where data for each water year is listed in separate worksheets.
