Full description

Measurements of dissolved gasses (nitrous oxide, methane, and carbon dioxide) over the salinity gradient in eight estuaries (Noosa, Maroochy, Mooloolah, Caboolture, Pine, Brisbane, Logan/Albert, Nerang). Gas measurements are complemented by continius measurements of water chemistry parameters (temperature, salinity, pH) and periodic measurements of water nutrient content (total P, PO43-, total N, NH4+, DON, NO3-, total organic C, total inorganic C) and weather conditions (air temperature, wind speed, barometric pressure).

The methods used to measure the different water chemistry parameters are described within the attached files.

Data Processing: Calculations performed on data (e.g., conversion of concentrations to fluxes) are described in the attached documents. All calculations are preserved in an .xlsx spreadsheet. First tab in .xlsx contains description of all parameters and calculations.
