Data from an exclusion cage study conducted on Green Island (Queensland) from August - November 2017. Data contains information from cores collected at the end of the experiment (15cm in diameter), shoot heights throughout the duration of the experiment and seagrass tissue nutrients from samples collected inside megaherbivore cages at site one and site three.

 Sites at Green Island were located at:

Site 1: 16°45.407’S 145°58.215’E

Site 2: 16°45.390’S 145°58.286’E

Site 3: 16°45.354’S 145°58.337’E
