Golf Hill State School (School No. 4521; also known as Golf Hill, Beulah State School)

Golf Hill State School (School No. 4521) (VA 5435) was a co-educational, non-denominational primary school, that opened in October 1933.  It was located approximately 10 miles west of Beulah, in Victoria’s southern Mallee region. 

The school operated from a leased building, with the Minister agreeing to contribute an amount equivalent to five years' rent in advance to help provide a suitable building.

Due to low enrolment and staffing difficulties, the school appears to have been unstaffed from 1944. Golf Hill State School permanently closed in June 1946, with the building lease terminated in April of that year.
