Elevation is a pseudocolour layer with a histogram-equalised colour-stretch. Cooler colours indicate lower values and warmer values represent increasingly higher elevation. Elevation is derived from airborne magnetic line data, by subtracting the ground clearance determined by the radar altimeter from the Global Positioning System (GPS) altitude. The image is a merge of individual NSW sub-surveys with infill, and has a cell size of 50m x 50m. The intensity layer was enhanced and a 3x3 sun filter applied to the image. Sun illumination was set at 45 degrees elevation and 45 degrees azimuth.Modified: 07 09 2021
