The Geelong Old Folks Home is the predecessor to Grace McKellar House, Geelong Rehabilitation and Centre for the Aged.The Geelong Old Folks Home was established within the auspices of the Hospitals and Charities Commission.
A public appeal to raise funds toward the cost of an Old Folks Home at Geelong was launched at a public meeting at the Geelong City Hall on 6 November 1944.
