This collection contains information regarding the analysis of a range of microfiltration membranes and the influence of various chemicals on their surface chemistry. The dataset contains membranes that are made from PVDF, PP, PES in both flatsheet and hollow fibre configurations. These membranes have been exposed to sodium hypochlorite, sodium dodecyl sulphate, hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide. (note: not all membranes have been exposed to all chemicals). The FTIR analysis was conducted on a Bruker IFS66 FTIR Microscope.
