Brief description
The collection comprises a suite of audio recordings of readings of the ‘North Wind and the Sun’, a re-telling of the fable, a free narrative and translation, and a wordlist that were undertaken in Papeete, French Polynesia, in November 2018. Several French Polynesian languages are represented including Mangarevan, Maupiti, Pa’umutu, Rapa, Marquesan (North and South), Rurutu, and Tahitian.Created: 15 09 2021
