Brief description

The [FTA Portal](https://ftaportal.dfat.gov.au/) is an Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) initiative. The Portal enables users to explore how importers and exporters can benefit from Australia’s Free Trade Agreements.

The API service of the [FTA Portal](https://ftaportal.dfat.gov.au/) provides third party organisations and systems access to the same data and functionality that enables the website. The API has been made available to encourage users to find new ways to use, display and share data relating to the Australia's Free Trade Agreements.

FTA Portal API - The API service of the FTA Portal provides third party organisations and systems access to the same data and functionality that enables the website. The API has been made available to encourage users to find new ways to use, display and share data relating to Australia's Free Trade Agreements.\r\n\r\nThe [interactive API documentation] (http://ausftas.github.io/apidocs/#/) provides a list of available API calls for accessing data served by the DFAT FTA Portal. It contains formatting instructions for input requests as well as output format. This is to be used in conjunction with any other supporting software, guidelines and examples provided. \r\n\r\nFuture changes to the API will be announced on the [blog] (http://ausftas.github.io/).\r\n\r\nOlder versions of the API will be supported for a minimum period of three months. The results returned from any API calls will also include a deprecation message in this period with specific details.\r\n
