Full description

This dataset contains the processed Expendable Bathythermograph (XBT) data collected on Franklin voyage FR 04/88. The voyage took place in the Bismarck Sea and strait waters off Papua New Guinea and neighbouring islands, and also in the Solomon and Coral Seas during 23 April - 25 May 1988. This dataset has been processed and is archived within the CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research Data Centre in Hobart.
