Raw2adp was only run with gyro heading to determine the overall size of gyro (which was much less than 3DF). Position derived velocities were used in preference to direct GPS velocities. Full description

This dataset contains the processed Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) data collected on Franklin voyage FR 03/2000.The voyage took place during April and May 2000. The voyage track leading from Cairns across the Coral Sea to Jomard Entrance, then across the Solomon Sea to St Georges Channel,eastern Manus Basin,and the Bismarck Sea, finishing in Rabul.
