Photography controlled using sparse ground survey marks of class and order c3 which was supplemented by Aerial Triangulation (Bingo Bundle Adjustment). Photo Control accuracy varies between regions but is all better than 1 metres. The data were captured using a Zeiss P2 analytical stereo plotter and Helava Digital Photogrammetric Workstation both using Microstation on a universal transverse mercator grid. The polygon data were edited, cleaned and polygonised using Arc/Info. Maximum fuzzy tolerance for cleaning was 0.01 metres. The data were also generalised using a tolerance of 0.1 metres. Positional Accuracy of plus or minus 10 metres for Aerial photography and plus or minus 50 metres for SPOT imagery. All attributes (feature classifications and heights) were derived from the aerial photography and SPOT imagery. The value tests for the data set include a test for spatial accuracy and data completeness, including line and point errors a test of valid values against the data model a visual check to hard copy material. All exposed visible listed features in the vicinity of the Framnes Mountains were captured. Intermediate area of continental ice between the Mountain ranges was mapped. Digital Photogrammetric Map Data and Orthophotography of the Framnes Mountain Coastal Region taken from 1:45000, 1:10000 and 1:20000 1996/97, aerial photography and 1988/89 SPOT scenes.
