Brief description
Sequencing Fastq, LCA, BLAST and ZOTU files for the four metabarcoding assays used in the study, which target teleost fish, crustaceans, bacteria, and eukaryotes (universal).Lineage: The metabarcoding assay design, amplification and library sequencing were performed as described in Takahashi et al. (2020). Metabarcode sequencing used an Illumina MiSeq platform (V2 chemistry). Fusion PCRs were performed on DNA extracts (with appropriate DNA input determined by qPCR) for each fusion assay with unique multiple identifier (MID) tags.
