Its boundaries are generally based on land parcels. A property holding may consist of one or multiple land parcels. \n \nParcel – Land Parcels are the building blocks of Council properties. Land parcels (also called lots) are mapped and the title details shown on a Plan of Subdivision. Definitions for this dataset:

AEP – Annual Exceedance Probability (AEP) is the probability of a flood event of a given size occurring in any one year, usually expressed as a percentage annual chance.
